This concerns the local planning for the development and promotion of diving tourism by the LB, B2, B4, and B5.

• 3.4 Diving destination promotion campaign

This includes the procurement of environmental parameter recording buoys, ROV vehicle, USBL system for divers, and surveillance system. It also includes the development of a digital monitoring and forecasting platform.
